Overview

Welcome to the research website for the paper Detecting marine heatwaves with sub-optimal data. This site contains all of the code used in the paper and is set up using the package workflowr to ensure openness and reproducibility standards.

Please click on the ‘Vignettes’ tab above to explore the various aspects of the research explained in more detail. This includes all of the code that was used for each individual step. Clicking the ‘Poster’ tab above will download the poster that was created for this research. This poster was shown at these three conferences: OceanPredict’19, IMBeR, and CMOS/IUGG. Plesae note that the poster was generated from an earlier version of the manuscript.

The code used for the central analysis in the paper, currently in review in Frontiers in Marine Science, may be found in the code/ folder at the GitHub repository whose link may be found in the top right corner of this site. The datasets generated from this research may be found in the data/ folder.
